Thank you for playing! Regarding jumps, it is actually intentional that you cannot jump over certain walls :D You also need to do something extra for the gap in the spider level.
like when the screen loads, i tried to press the Retry button until i realized its just how the loading screen looks. I got stuck in a level and the loading screen took my focus away on the level because im trying to figure out why i keep failing and i want to see the level. im trying to figure it out but the player keeps falling in the void and it just endlessly restarts and i have to wait 1 second for it to restart when it fails.
sorry if it seems like i only say negative stuff, i try to give constructive feedback, but apart from that the game is really creative dang, i think this is def at least a top 100 tier game.
We really appreciate the feedback! We're supposed to have voice overs of the "player" playing the game. Something like "Okay, W A S D to move. Hmm, the camera seems broken. It should follow my character, but it does not." Then while clicking on the Retry button: "I'll try again. I need to find another way to avoid that wall."
Thank you for playing! We ran out of time, but we also wanted to experiment with camera rotation (affects gravity), depth of field (blurs stuff based on zoom level), split screen (control 2 cameras), etc.

I like it! Art is great, and the idea is amazing. The play of different object depth really blow my mind.
But the jump height & distance seem to be bugged. My character cannot jump through certain gaps and walls. Still a great concept.

but on the 2nd level the player got stuck jumping idk what to do- i see that others have completed the game so idk what i did wrong
Thank you for playing! You need to restart the level if the player gets stuck (by forcing to be out of frame for example).
TIP: The player's actions are based on the things that are visible on screen.

oh yeah that will make things so much clearer
but also wow for 2 days this is so much effort already
I really like the idea and the gameplay ! I was unable to complete the third level for some time, but then everything went smooth.
It is strange to "lose" the ability to zoom in and out at some point in the game.
The art is beautiful, the music is beautiful, I didn't see any bug. Very clever, very well done. Bravo !
